Verification removes the 24-hour withdrawal limit of $20,000 for Crypto, enables you to deposit with a bank card and increases the deposit limit of $2,000 for Money deposits and alternative payment methods, and allows withdrawals via fiat methods.

Verifying your account also ensures compliance with global regulations, enhancing the safety and transparency of your transactions.

Note that depending on your region, you may be asked to verify your account before you make deposits and you may be required to provide your proof address.

To verify your account, just click on ‘Settings’ from the Account dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can click 'Verify Account' from the same menu.

Verifying your account step-by-step

  1. Click ‘Verify Account’:

    • This option is accessible from the ‘Settings’ page or directly from the Account dropdown menu.

  2. Prepare for identity verification:

    • Follow the on-screen prompts and take a selfie using your smartphone’s camera or webcam.

    • Pro Tip: Ensure the room is well-lit, and your face is clearly visible with no obstructions like hats or sunglasses.

  3. Select your country and document type:

    • Choose the country of issuance for your identification document.

    • Select the document type (passport, driver’s license, residence permit, and national ID) and click ‘Next.’

  4. Upload your document:

    • Ensure the document is fully visible, clear, and not cropped. If it has two sides (e.g., an ID card), upload both sides.

    • Click ‘Submit’ to upload your document.

  5. Automatic redirection:

    • Once the upload is complete, you’ll be redirected to the ‘Settings’ page.

What happens next?

Verification typically takes no more than 2 minutes. After successful verification, your account status will update to ‘Verified,’ and the withdrawal and deposit limits will be automatically lifted.
