Verifying your account is mandatory. It allows you to access all platform features, including all money deposit and withdrawal methods.
To verify your account, just click on ‘Settings’ from the Account dropdown menu.
Alternatively, you can click 'Verify Account' from the same menu.
Verifying your account step by step
Click 'Verify Account'
Select ‘Continue on this device'
Alternatively, you can select the ‘Continue on phone’ option, if you'd like to complete verification using your mobile device
Follow the prompts to fill in your personal information
Select your country, choose the type of document you’ll be uploading, and click ‘Continue’
Upload your document (make sure you upload both sides of the document where applicable, and that they are clear and fully visible)
Once your document has been uploaded, you will be redirected to the ‘Settings’ page.
Verification usually takes up to 2 minutes, after which your account status will be updated to ‘Account verified’, and all platform features will become available automatically.
Note that you may be requested to additionally provide the Proof of Address (POA) document upon completing a deposit.
