Why Do You Need to Provide Documents for Verification?

To ensure the security of our platform and comply with financial regulations, we require users to verify their identity. This process helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized access to accounts. By verifying your identity, you can access all the features of our platform securely and without interruptions.

Which Documents Are Required for Verification?

To verify your identity, you will typically need to provide one of the following government-issued documents:

  • National ID card

  • Passport

  • Residence permit

  • Driver’s license

The specific documents accepted for verification may vary depending on your region. If a document is not accepted, our support team (link) will guide you on alternative options.

Proof of Address Requirement

In some cases, you may also need to provide proof of address. This is necessary to ensure compliance with local regulations. Acceptable proof of address documents include:

  • Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, etc.)

  • Government-issued ID showing the address

  • Bank or credit card statements

  • Government-issued letters or tax documents

  • Official correspondence from a government agency

  • Rental agreements in the user’s name

  • Insurance policy documents

  • Recent pay slips showing the address

  • Phone bills (landline or mobile)

The document should show both your name and the address and be issued within the last 6 months.

Document Submission Requirements

When submitting your documents, please ensure they meet the following criteria:

  • All four corners must be visible.

  • The document should not be cropped, blurry, or edited.

  • The text and details should be clear and legible.

  • The document must be in its original form and not digitally altered.

  • Screenshots are not accepted.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the verification process, feel free to contact our support team.
