Please note that your account must be verified to use fiat withdrawal methods. Complete the KYC process if you haven’t already.

Withdrawing cash step by step

Follow these steps to complete a cash withdrawal:

Transfer funds to your Wallet Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your funds are moved to your Wallet account.
Confirm your currency USD will be automatically pre-selected as the withdrawal currency.
Select your country Choose your country from the dropdown menu to view all available payment methods for your region.
Choose a payment method Depending on your location, you can select between:

Volet: A secure e-wallet option.
Binance Pay: A cryptocurrency payment solution.
Alternative payment methods: These may include bank transfers, local payment gateways, or other region-specific solutions.

Add or select payment details

It’s only possible to withdraw to the method you have previously used for a deposit. If you haven’t deposited with it, you will see a note stating "To enable this withdrawal method, first make a deposit using this method." and a Deposit button. Click on the Deposit button to proceed - after the deposit is made, you will be able to use this method for subsequent withdrawals.
If you have already used this method for deposits, the payment details will be saved automatically, and you can select them from the list.

Enter the withdrawal amount Specify the amount you wish to withdraw. The system will display any applicable fees or conversion rates before you proceed.
Submit your withdrawal request Click ‘Submit to Withdraw’ to finalize your request.
Confirm with your PIN code A PIN code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter this code to confirm and complete your withdrawal request.
Track your withdrawal status You can monitor the status of your withdrawal under the ‘Transfer history’ section of the platform.10. Fee-Free Withdrawals The first three fiat withdrawals within any 30-day period are free.
Minimum and Maximum Limits For Bank Card withdrawals, the minimum is $30 and the maximum is $2,000 per transaction. For local e-wallets, the minimum is $15 with no fixed maximum.
Mobile App Instructions To withdraw using the mobile app, open the PrimeXBT app, go to Accounts, tap Withdraw, select your USD wallet, choose a payment method, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

Important notes

Linking deposits and withdrawals: To withdraw funds using Volet, Binance Pay or alternative payment methods, you must have previously made a deposit using the same payment method.
Accuracy of details: Double-check your payment details to ensure they are correct, as errors may delay the process.- Account Verification: Verification is mandatory for all fiat withdrawals. Ensure your account is fully verified before initiating a withdrawal.
Troubleshooting Insufficient Funds: Ensure funds are available in your Wallet, not just in your Trading Account. Transfer funds from the Trading Account to the Wallet before withdrawing.
Currency Mismatch: Funds can only be transferred to trading accounts or wallets with matching currencies. Use the built-in exchanger to convert currencies if needed.

When will I get my withdrawal?

At PrimeXBT, we process withdrawals instantly. This ensures you can access your funds quickly without unnecessary delays.

In rare cases, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process, depending on additional security checks.

You can track the status of your withdrawal in your Transfer history. If you encounter issues such as linking new e-wallets, make a small deposit from the new email/account first to enable withdrawals.
