Select the Crypto you want to withdraw
Choose the network
Select your withdrawal address (if it’s your first time, you’ll have to click the ‘+’ button to enter a new withdrawal address)
Enter the amount you want to withdraw
Click ‘Submit to Withdraw’
Enter the PIN code we emailed you to confirm your withdrawal
You can track the status of your withdrawal under the ‘Last Withdrawals’ section.
When will I get my withdrawal?
We process withdrawals daily between 12:00 and 14:00 UTC.
Withdrawals placed before 12:00 UTC will be processed the same day
Withdrawals placed after 12:00 UTC will be processed the next day
