PrimeXBT offers exclusive fee discounts for traders who achieve VIP status. By increasing your trading volume, you can qualify for one of five VIP tiers, unlocking reduced trading fees.
How to find all VIP conditions
To view the VIP conditions, go to Profile in the top right corner of the screen and select VIP Tiers from the menu.
VIP Tiers and Trading Groups
On PrimeXBT, users are categorized into six groups:

How to Qualify for VIP tiers
To upgrade from Regular to VIP tiers, you need to achieve a specific trading volume over the past 30 days. This volume can be accumulated across the following trading instruments:
Crypto Instruments – Includes both crypto futures and crypto asset CFDs.
Forex & CFD (Non-Crypto) – Covers all non-crypto CFD and forex trading

Important:
Your VIP status is updated immediately once your trading volume exceeds the required threshold.
Once you achieve a VIP tier, it is locked for 30 days, meaning you will not be downgraded during this period.
You can still upgrade to a higher VIP tier at any time if your trading volume qualifies.
After 30 days, your status will be reviewed based on your trading activity. If your trading volume does not meet the required threshold, your status may be adjusted accordingly.
Tracking Your Progress
You can check your last 30 days' trading volume in your account dashboard. The system will display how much more volume you need to reach the next VIP level.
Please note: VIP Tiers are assigned for 30 days.
The status may be reviewed based on your trading activity over the last 30 days. To continuously receive a discount on fees, you need to maintain the required trading volume.
