How to redeem your rewards

You can transfer your Reward amount to any of your trading accounts at any time by clicking 'Redeem Rewards'.

Upon clicking Redeem rewards, you can select how to use your bonus:

You can return up to 20% of their previously paid trading fees as cashback. The cashback amount cannot exceed the rewards balance. If you choose the Cashback option, you will see how much funds you are able to redeem as Cashback.

Once you enter the amount, you need to press Confirm.

After that, you will see the success window.

If there’s no available Cashback for you to claim, you will see the information about it.

It could be because:

Alternatively, you can choose to redeem your reward amount as a 'Deposit Bonus' by clicking on 'Redeem Rewards'.

This section provides you with some additional funds to your trading account balance.

The amount of the reward applied to the trading account cannot exceed 20% of your current account balance. That means that if you have no money in your account, you cannot transfer any reward there.

If you choose the Deposit Bonus option, you will see how much you can redeem as a Deposit Bonus.
After that, select your trading account and the bonus amount.

Once you enter the amount, you need to press Redeem.

And that's it - your bonus will be credited to your trading account.
