Two-factor authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of protection, allowing you to safely manage your account, withdraw funds and more.
Activating 2FA is not mandatory, however we strongly recommend enabling this feature to secure your account.
To enable 2FA, simply navigate to the 'Settings' from the Account dropdown menu.
Activating 2FA step by step
Click 'Enable 2FA' on the 'Settings' page
Save your secret key in a safe and secure place
Click the check box 'I have backed up the 16-digit code' to confirm
Scan the QR code to add your PrimeXBT account to the Google Auth app
Complete the set up by entering a PIN generated by the 2FA app
Once 2FA is activated on your account, a Google Authenticator code will be needed each time you sign in or withdraw funds.
