What is the Exchanger Service?
The Exchanger is an instant swap feature that allows you to convert one asset into another directly within your PrimeXBT wallet. This is a spot conversion, meaning the transaction is executed immediately at the best available market rate.

How to Use the Exchanger
Go to the "Trade" section in the PrimeXBT app or web platform and select "Exchange"
Choose the "From" asset (the one you wish to swap). After choose the "To" asset (the asset you want to receive).
Input the amount of the asset you wish to exchange.
The system will automatically calculate the received amount.
The exchange rate shown includes all fees and commissions.
This rate is valid for a few seconds—if market conditions change significantly, you may need to refresh the quote.
To confirm Click "Exchange" and you will complete the transaction.
The exchanged amount will be instantly credited to your wallet.
Supported Pairs
You can exchange between most major crypto assets.
Stablecoin swaps (USDT ⇄ USDC) are always available.
If an unsupported pair is selected, you will see an error message: "Selected pair is not supported."
How to convert between USD and Cryptos
The exchanger supports stablecoins USDT and USDC for fiat-related transactions.
Direct USD ⇄ Crypto conversion is not always available. If unavailable, follow the two-step process below:

First, exchange USD → USDT or USDC
Then, exchange USDT or USDC → BTC, ETH, or any other supported crypto
🔄 How to sell BTC, ETH, or other cryptos for USD
First, exchange BTC, ETH, or other cryptos → USDT or USDC
Then, exchange USDT or USDC → USD
Therefore, to buy or sell other cryptos available in the exchanger, you need to complete a two-step exchange through a stablecoin.
Exchange Rate and Fees
The exchanger provides a real-time market rate for the swap.
The rate shown includes all fees and commissions, so there are no hidden charges.
The quote is valid for a few seconds—if the market moves significantly, the rate may need to be refreshed.
Why Is My Exchange Failing?
Your exchange may fail for several reasons. Here’s what might have happened and how to fix it:
1. Exchange Rate Changed
If the market moves significantly before you confirm, the rate may become invalid.
✅ Solution: Try the exchange again to get an updated rate.
2. Unsupported Pair
Some crypto pairs cannot be exchanged directly.
✅ Solution: First, convert your assets through USDT or USDC (see How to Convert USD).
3. Amount Exceeds Limit
If you try to exchange more than the allowed limit, you will see an error.
✅ Solution: Lower the amount and try again.
